This is a legal notice published at the direction of the Competition Appeal Tribunal. It provides information about two applications for permission to begin collective proceedings, one of which has been made by Mr Evans. The notice states in particular that the Tribunal will hold a hearing to decide those two applications, including Mr Evans’ application, between 12 and16 July 2021. The notice also provides details of the legal rights and options of any person with an interest, including any member of the proposed classes.
